Plans are designed as a 12-month membership, paid monthly. After the initial 12-month term, cancellation is available with 30 days' notice. If you have any concerns, message us on WhatsApp and we'll always aim to find a fair solution.
Yes. Monthly payments are handled securely through GoCardless. We never see or store your bank details. GoCardless is authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority.
