No. This is a heating membership for servicing, priority booking, support, discounts, and selected plan benefits. It is not an insurance product and is not regulated by the FCA. It does not provide unlimited breakdown support or guaranteed free repairs.

A diagnostic callout includes attendance at your property, a thorough inspection, fault finding, and advice on next steps. Standard price is £120. Hero Care members pay £60. Premium members pay £25. Any repair work, parts, or additional labour required is quoted separately.

Plans are designed as a 12-month membership, paid monthly. After the initial 12-month term, cancellation is available with 30 days' notice. If you have any concerns, message us on WhatsApp and we'll always aim to find a fair solution.

Yes. Monthly payments are handled securely through GoCardless. We never see or store your bank details. GoCardless is authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority.

Landlord and rental property plans may be available on request, including CP12 landlord gas safety certificates where needed. Get in touch via WhatsApp to discuss your requirements.

Yes. You can upgrade from Essential to Hero Care, or from Hero Care to Premium, at any time. Just message us and we'll arrange the change from your next payment date.
